Nancy Wright

Interior Designer

BFA in Interior Design from Syracuse University's School of Visual and Performing Arts. Over 15 years from the East Coast to the Midwest, beginning in commercial design and later as a Senior Designer at Gensler New York. She returned to the industry after raising three children, combining technical expertise with a passion for timeless interiors.

Sarah Dolce

Interior Designer

Her expertise is rooted in her family's 30-year history in the furniture industry. She honed her skills in merchandising at Saks Fifth Avenue and Carolee Designs before launching Shea Dolce Interiors, working on high-end residential projects and collaborating on a furniture collection for Chaddock.

Andrea Wintergerst

Project Coordinator & Design Associate

Over a decade alongside award-winning designers across Fairfield, Westchester, Miami and the Hamptons. Her detail-driven approach holds schedules, site logistics and project flow together from the first order to the last install date.

Noelle Destefano

Marketing & Operations

A 25-year career spanning design, marketing and communications, from senior management in tech to founding her own creative firm. She brings an artistic eye to the BKI brand and keeps the connection between the design work and daily life intact.

Joy Indursky

BKI Home Stylist

A career in fashion and luxury antiques, and an eye for rare finds. She curates the pieces that make a room feel collected rather than bought, which is most of the difference between the two.

Lori Janoff

BKI Home Stylist

A background in advertising, package design and luxury retail, including Williams Sonoma and Hudson Grace in Greenwich. She brings warmth and expertise to the boutique floor.
